Conflict and disaster have left many Syrian families without homes, income or basic services, inside Syria and as refugees nearby. A Syria crisis appeal gets humanitarian help to them. Back one of four charities in about a minute, and 100% of your donation goes to them.

Syria crisis appeals fund humanitarian help for families affected by years of conflict and by natural disasters: shelter, food, medical care and support through the winter.
A lot of that help reaches Syrian refugees in neighbouring countries such as Türkiye, as well as people still inside Syria. If you want to support people who've resettled in Australia, our guide to refugee charities has more options.
Money goes further than goods. It lets charities buy what's needed locally and move quickly when conditions change. For another long-running crisis, see our Ukraine crisis appeal guide.
Each one is ACNC-registered and listed on Tap4Change. Tap a card to see their profile, their latest updates and how to give.

Want a different charity? Search all 60,000+ charities. How we picked these four: from Tap4Change's charity data, we took charities whose profile names Syria in their appeals or programs, rated 2 or 3 stars with a complete profile, and ranked them by their most recent annual donations. Only four charities met that bar, so we've listed four rather than pad the list.
Some donations come with a thank you perk from a partner brand, like a voucher or a free product. It's a small thanks for showing up, never the reason to give. Offers change often, so check what's on when you donate.

Programs listed come from each charity's details in Tap4Change's charity data. For how fees, ACNC registration and tax receipts work, see the Tap4Change FAQs, the ACNC Charity Register and the ATO's gifts and donations guide.
Choose one of the charities above, open its Tap4Change profile, tap donate and pick an amount. It takes about a minute, and you can give once or monthly.
If you want a charity with a Syria appeal we haven't listed, search Tap4Change by name and check its profile before you give.
Yes, if the charity you choose is eligible. Tax deductibility is shown at the top of each charity's page on Tap4Change. Donations to a charity endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR), and covered by Item 1 of the table in section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997, are tax deductible.
Two of the four charities on this page are marked as tax deductible in our charity data. Christian Resource Ministries and Middle East Reformed Fellowship Australia aren't, so don't count on a deduction for a gift to them. Each card shows a chip for this. You can download your receipt from your profile to claim it at tax time.
We only list charities whose own details in our charity data name Syria in their appeals or programs. Only four met that bar alongside our rating and profile checks.
Larger international aid charities may also work in the region, but where their profile doesn't say so, we haven't claimed it. You can search all 60,000+ charities on Tap4Change and check each profile yourself.
Money. Shipping goods to the region is slow and costly, and it's hard to match donated items to what families need. Cash lets charities buy supplies locally and adjust as conditions change.
It also supports local suppliers, which helps communities recover over time.
A thank you perk is a small gesture from a brand that partners with Tap4Change, such as a voucher or a free product, offered with some donations. Your donation still goes 100% to the charity. The perk comes from the brand, and offers rotate, so what's available depends on when you give.
If you can't donate right now, reach out to the Tap4Change team at support@tap4change.org. Sharing a charity's page is a great way to help too.
